Sprouting Class Last Night

I didn’t have my camera with me my during class last night, but rest assured, we all had a good time, despite the HOT weather! Good thing it was an “uncooking” class! I sprouted a bunch of seeds & grains earlier in the week & I shared some different sprouting methods with participants ... including my simple invention of using a wide mouthed mason jar with an ankle high panty hose over top of the jar to rinse & drain through.
Sprouts are so nutritious & they add such a refreshing touch to any dish you make. Last night we made sprout salads, a sprouted buckwheat applesauce, a soup with sprouted lentils tossed in & an apricot butter made with soaked nuts ... SOOOOOO YUMMY! Thanks for the good times!
