My Raw Food Tasting Was SO FUN!
I had a combined Raw Food Tasting & Art Show for First Friday Artwalk on Friday Night & it was FABULOUS! So many people came out--we must have served 70 sample plates of food & 70 little dishes of ice cream. The tasting menu included: papaya steak, pesto stuffed mushrooms, beet ravioli with a tarragon “cheese,” cilantro/jalapeno “cheese” & flaxseed crackers & ginger & cinnamon “ice creams.” The energy in the studio was so positive & contagious--I am so grateful for getting the opportunity to share some yummy treats with my community. The only bummer of the night was that I didn’t take a single picture ... I was just too darn busy!
