The Art of Food Photography

I have had the pleasure of getting to know professional Maine photographer Felice Boucher over the past few months. Raw food brought us together at a Whole Foods Class I taught back in May, and we have had so much fun playing ever since.

Raw food is so creative and colorful and to have a professional photographer bring it all to life through pictures is such a treat. Felice has taken some photos of our class creations and some of her at home creations too. Her photos are so stunning, I just had to share a few with you in this post. Thank you for sharing your gift with me, Felice! :-)

It’s so hard to not take pictures of the beauty that is raw & living foods. Really! In fact, in most of my classes all kinds of cameras come out ... smartphones, cell phones & digital cameras. It always makes me smile, because I can relate to the need to document a gorgeous plate of fresh, plant-based food.
