Kale Chips

Kale Chips
1 bunch of kale
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 Tbs Nama Shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
1/3 cup of sesame seeds (optional)
Wash, dry & de-stem kale.
Break into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
Mix olive oil & nama shoyu (& sesame seeds) together & then pour over kale.
Massage the mixture really well into the kale.
Place kale on dehydrator trays & set at 105 for 4-5 hours, until crispy!
Eat up!
I rarely overeat as a raw foodie, but sometimes I can eat too many Kale Chips! They are darn sooooooo good!
NOTE: Try varying your kale chip flavors by adding, tahini & garlic to the mix or a little apple cider vinegar, or even a little agave & shredded coconut
• You can also bake kale chips in the oven, although they won’t be raw. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Flip them half way through.
