Holiday Nut Nog
6 servings
1 cup of cashews, soaked 2-4 hours
1 cup of almonds, soaked 2-4 hours
3 cups of water
3 bananas, frozen & broken into pieces
8 dates, soaked 1-2 hours
1 vanilla bean scraped
½ tsp nutmeg
pinch of sea salt
Blend soaked nuts & water in blender & strain in a nut milk bag or strainer. Place nut milk back in blender with remaining ingredients & blend until smooth. Top with a dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

* You can still make this without soaking your nuts. Happy

Delicious Almond Milk

Almond Milk on the Fly

1 cup of raw almonds*
5 cups of water
1 vanilla bean
4 medjool dates

Place all ingredients in blender & blend until almonds are chopped up. Strain almond milk through a nut milk bag or a strainer & drink up.

*soak almonds in water overnight if possible / I like my milk almondy, but you can use as little as 1/2 cup of almonds for this recipe
