Holiday Stuffing

Holiday Stuffing
Makes 8 servings
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, chopped
1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup of pecans, chopped
3-4 celery stalks, minced
3-4 scallions, minced
1 cup of fresh cranberries cut in half
½ cup of raisins
2 medium apples, diced
juice from 1 orange
2-3 Tbs of maple syrup, agave or honey
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp parsley
Chop nuts in food processor until a chunky flour forms. Place in large bowl & add reaming ingredients. Serve as is or warm in dehydrator at 110 for a few hours.
Stuffed Peppers for Cinco de Rawyo

Stuffed peppers
makes 8 stuffed peppers
2 bell peppers, quartered
1 ½ - 2 cups of jicama, diced
2 cloves of garlic
¼ cup of cilantro
1/2 of an avocado
1/2 lemon, juiced
¼ tsp chili powder
sea salt to taste
¼ cup of diced black olives
¼ cup of fresh corn
Quarter your peppers & set aside. Blend all ingredients except for olives & corn in food processor until slightly coarse. Scoop mixture into a bowl & mix in olives & corn. Spoon mixture into peppers & top with a slice of avocado & a sprig of cilantro. Eat up!

Makes 10 servings

Cranberry Orange Relish

Cranberry Orange Relish
Makes 1 medium bowl
2 cup of cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs orange zest
1 orange, peeled
2-3 Tbs agave
Blend ingredients together in food processor until smooth. Strain mixture & serve.
I recommend doubling this recipe if you are making it for a group of people. It’s so yummy & it disappears quickly! ![]()
Girl Gone Raw Flax Seed Crackers

Flax seed crackers topped with a cllantro nut cheese & fresh mango.
GGR Flax Seed Crackers
1 ½ cups of flax seeds
1 cup of ground flax seeds
2 cups of water (or the soak water from sundried tomatoes)
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 small onion
½ red pepper
½ tomato
¼ cup of parsley
Place flax seeds & flax meal in a large bowl. Add 2 cups of water, salt, chili powder, cumin & stir. Flax mixture will absorb the water within 15-25 minutes. In a food processor, blend carrots, celery, red pepper, onion, tomato & parsley. Add veggies to flax mixture once flax has congealed. Stir mixture well & spread thinly over a teflex sheet—approx 1/8 inch high. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours at 105-115. Ok to flip them off of teflex sheet after 4-5 hours.
Makes approx 3 1/2 trays of crackers
Rawkin' Apple Sauce

Rawkin’ Apple Sauce
serves 4
6 apples, cored (you can peel them or not)
6 dates, pitted & soaked
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 lemon, juiced
vanilla scraped from 1 bean
Place ingredients in food processor & blend until desired texture is achieved. You may have to do this in 2 batches. Eat up! Yummmmmmmm! ![]()
