I am so glad that I had the opportunity to attend the Simply Autumn Class. This was my first time going to a live cooking demonstration/class.  It was fun, informative, and most importantly the food was amazing.  I was very impressed with her ability to keep us engaged and loved the fact that she let me take pictures of all the food.  I brought samples of everything home to my husband and kids and they absolutely loved all of it! Thanks Girl Gone Raw, you will definitely see me at your classes in the future.

I have been eating a 100% raw foods diet for four months now, and am so glad that I discovered Girl Gone Raw. Some of the raw food recipes I found in books or on line, were lacking enough flavor, and I worried that I wouldn't be able to stick with the diet. Elizabeth has a way of  combining veggies and adding just the right amount of spice to her dishes. Her recipes are my favorites, by far! Girl Gone Raw classes are so much fun and super filling. It's amazing the amount of food Elizabeth can prepare in just a few hours. Thanks again for the the raw food inspiration. Oh, yeah, and I have lost 26 lbs. in the four months I have been raw.

Elizabeth's course gave me basic tools to prepare yummy raw vegan dishes that I just wasn't able to get out of a cookbook. The tools she teaches lay the ground work for one to get more complex and gourmet. Her warm teaching style will really build your confidence! Plus, whole food, mindfully eaten and prepared is the coolest way to be respectful to the planet and to yourself.

After my mother and I left your class we were consumed with complete excitement about raw foods.  The food was delicious, nutritious, filling, and quilt free.  I must say, when I asked my mother to join me she was a little sceptical but agreed to join the class because I am her daughter!  As the class went on I noticed how she became less and less resistant to the concept of raw foods and by the end she was awakened to how easy and tasty the food is.  After we left your home, we went back to our family and friends and shared all the samples.  Everyone had a smile on their face and could not believe that the food was raw!  The best part of the class is that I was taught the tools to prepare raw foods for the people who I love the most, my husband and children.  Thank you so much for sharing all of your wonderful knowledge about raw foods and inspiring me to prepare raw!   What a gift to be able to feed yourself and the ones you love with such fantastic food... Thank you

In a few short hours Elizabeth educated and inspired me on how to start introducing some delicious and healthy Raw Foods into my home. The class allowed me to see, feel, smell and taste the foods in the different stages of the preparations.  I'm so thankful for the opportunity to get to learn with Elizabeth. What a gift I have been given! Spending a weekend in August of 2009 with Elizabeth & being introduced to the Raw Food lifestyle was the best thing that has ever happened to my health and body. My idea of eating raw used to be a salad. Elizabeth has opened my eyes to an amazing array of delicious options. I really never considered that eating raw could be so tasty and interesting. I have never had a meal that I have not loved and I walk away feeling full, satisfied and healthy from it.
